Position Summary




Responsible for executing advertising insertion contracts from the
time the order is delivered by Cox Media Sales to the time the order has
expired and the client is invoiced. Responsible for accurate processing of all
orders; including order acceptance, execution, validation and billing
preparation. Streamlines workflow between all departments for efficiency and
high contract fulfillment rate. Develops, upgrades and implements new
enhancements within the Traffic and Billing system that will help achieve
business goals and selling initiatives.



  1. Handles all escalations and provide informal training to Traffic
    Specialists, coordinates maintenance of Traffic procedures and software, and
    assists local sales management with traffic reporting
  2. Mentors, handles escalations, provides assistance and direction,
    serves in a lead role capacity for contract fulfillment team.
  3. Collaborates with local sales management to identify trends,
    resolve problems, and improve operations.
  4. Maintains and recommends revisions to Service Level Agreement
    policies.
  5. Runs reports, analyzes results, and distributes findings to the
    field to improve operations.
  6. Coordinates traffic & billing software updates, identifies
    software issues, and tests solutions with vendor.
  7. Updates and maintains contract fulfillment procedures.
  8. Identifies opportunities to apply new software functionality to
    improve efficiencies in the CCC and communicates these applications to contract
    fulfillment team.

Qualifications


Typical Training / Experience: Typically requires BS/BA or Associates degree in related discipline; generally 2-5 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas.


Job Schedule: Ability to work on-call with rotating hours 6:00am - 9:00pm Monday - Saturday.
