Our client, a digital media company, is seeking a DIGITAL AD OPS SPECIALIST to join their team in a FULL TIME engagement.

The DIGITAL AD OPS SPECIALIST will be:
- Liaising with planning, activation, analytics, and finance teams to streamline deliverables on the PUBLISHING side
- Working with media, creative and analytics teams to improve documentation, processes and workflows
- Managing external partner relationships (such as rich media companies, media publishers, research firms, etc.)
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and meet client needs
- Planning, organizing, activating, and controlling daily processes - identifying opportunities and implementing global improvements for maximum efficiency and quality
- Experience working w/ Third Party Ad Servers (DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking, etc.)

The ideal AD OPS SPECIALIST has 2+ years of industry experience and the following:

- Mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications
- Active problem-solver with the ability to recognize recurring or potential issues; know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
- Able to strongly manage outsourced trafficking vendors & Programmatic vendors
- Ability to take ownership and keep projects on-track; meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
- Comfortable in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.
