Market Vice President II

The Market Vice President leverages a cross-functional view of the business to help ensure our Cox markets provide an exceptional customer experience, meets or exceeds financial and customer targets and engages and motivates employees on behalf of the goals and objectives of the company.
The Market Leader is a business partner, collaborator and contributor to the functional teams’ success in the region. The Vice President helps solve local issues and enable and support a cohesive team driving business results. The leader provides the organization and functional leaders with key insights and inroads within the region and markets. In addition, this leader will also serve as an advocate for the local market in order to grow the business.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
broad and varied business, management, and/or business development
experience in positions with increasingly greater accountability required.
discipline strongly preferred
experience in a senior leadership role preferred
telecommunications industry desired
communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
