Job Description:
Our client in Owings Mills, MD. is looking for a FULL-TIME ON-SITE Direct Marketing Manager.

Direct Marketing Manger responsibilities:
- Focus on strategy and execution of marketing products dealing with direct mail and web landing pages.
- Develop direct marketing strategies and road maps to enhance and optimize current and new marketing products
- Implement the enhancement of the Direct Mail Marketing products with custom QR Code, Personal URLs, and Text Marketing
- Lead A/B testing to develop new marketing products that will deliver successful lead generation
- Generate copy for direct mail marketing and landing pages
- Lead the design of new mail pieces and envelopes
- Effectively work and communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure proper implementation of marketing products

Direct Marketing Manager requirements:
- 2+ years of Marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Editorial experience in copy writing, editing, and proofreading

Additionally:
- Agency experience is a plus
- Knowledge in direct mail mortgage marketing and lead generation is a plus
