Assist with the planning and executing of Authentic Fan eventsProvide on-site management for network events including but not limited to Authentic Fan, team, sponsor and affiliate related events and coordinate with the outside venues and vendors Supports team with Authentic Fan database maintenance and migration to new CRM systemHelps to develop and manage e-mail marketing programs to targeted users via SalesForceProvide support for ongoing archiving of promotional spots and sales elements and completing requests for video recaps needed to fulfill sponsorship contractsPerform all other duties and tasks as needed by the marketing department
PLEASE NOTE: This is a project position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
This is a part-time, non-staff role in the Marketing department. The PEP Fan Engagement Specialist will partner with the Fan Engagement Coordinator and the department’s interns to assist with NBC Sports Philadelphia’s Authentic Fan events. This role requires roughly 10 hours per week, but the schedule changes based on planned events.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in marketing, sales and/or promotions experienced related to sports, media or television or entertainment industries (including internships)
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Photoshop and monitoring social media applications (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities

Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
Must be able to work game nights and be available for office hours
