Role Purpose
The Director, Digital Distribution & Growth will work with both internal and external partners to help drive the strategic digital initiatives of the NBC Sports Regional Networks. The Director’s primary focus is expanding availability, consumption and monetization of the Regional Networks’ content across a variety of platforms. This role will report directly to the VP, Platforms & Strategy.

Job Duties
  • Match business objectives against opportunities and perform market intelligence
  • Lead partnership evaluation process; outline value exchange; coordinate modeling with Finance
  • Assist with deal negotiation or customization of NBCU's agreements for the Regional Networks
  • Run point on follow ups with internal/external parties to make partnerships operational
  • Perform ongoing account maintenance; position accounts for growth
  • Coordinate the day-to-day interactions with external contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Mine partnerships to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop account and market-specific expertise and knowledge
  • Manage special projects
  • Find new ways to approach existing business to generate more revenue or operate more efficiently


  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or relevant work experience
  • Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in media
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in partnerships or content distribution
