Overview: Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7 crisis support via text. If you feel like shouting about Crisis Text Line from the rooftops, we’re looking at you. This role will help market the brand with two key audiences: those in crisis who need to know about our service, and prospective volunteers who are the lifeblood of our org. Bring passion, a love for our texters and respect for our volunteers. Must be passionate and driven by our purpose, love for our community, and our texters.

Digital Marketing Experienced. You have been around the block with wearing different marketing hats: SEO/SEM, e-mail, and advertising. You understand hooks as much as customer insights.
What you’ll do:
Performance Marketing. You’ll develop and execute on new strategies for volume driving through paid and unpaid media, and backlink outreach programs utilizing SEM and SEO.
- Own SEM/Ad channels, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads, with a budget of over $40K/month.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly channel targets, tracking and analysis for growth programs.
Identifying and locking donated digital ad space.
Working with our graphic designer to manage assets.
Website and Email Marketing. You will be the go-to for website content and optimization of the Crisis Text Line website.
- Setting and tracking goals for conversion. AB testing design and content on volume and volunteer landing pages.
Research keywords, build pillar pages, implement additional strategies to optimize SEO.
Analyze Google Analytics dashboards and build reports as necessary to share insights with team.
Own the external email marketing and track performance to craft insights and further improve our email marketing strategy.
- 3-5 years experience in varied digital marketing roles.
Strong business analytics skills.
Experience with email marketing, Google AdWords, and other ad word programs like Facebook and/or Bing.
