Product Value Manager/Product Manager Added Value, Adis Business Intelligence Group






The Product Value Manager is a key member of the AdisInsight Product Management team tasked with understanding end user workflows, competitor products, and our own content to enable AdisInsight to deliver increasing value for our customers and our organization.








  • Develop a deep understanding of pharma and pharma-adjacent markets, the workflow for end users working for these organizations, and the value AdisInsight delivers to these end users and organizations

  • Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to provide strengths and weaknesses of AdisInsight vis-a-vis value from an end user perspective

  • Become an expert in AdisInsight content to insure that our sources, procedures, and editorial effort drive value for our end users

  • Articulate the value of AdisInsight through strong collaboration with product management, sales and marketing

  • Demonstrate the value of AdisInsight through creation of social media content and thought leadership presentations.

  •  Secure the added value chain along the entire workflow with the product

  •  Secure Product Management to generate added value product modules

  •  Develop a measureable "Outcome" Model for products for sales argumentation

  •  Generating the added value documentation/argumentation

Experience, skills and qualifications






  • At least 5 years’ experience in a pharma-related environment and in use of medical databases

  • Strong Analytic skills

  • CI/BI, Info Professional, Market Research, Drug Research experience

  • Marketing and Sales understanding

  • Highly developed skills in Excel

  • Advanced degree in science or business or equivalent work, PHD preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications

  • Ability to work independently, or as part of a team

  • Strong abilities in cross group collaboration

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Fluent in English language

  • Wiliness to travel globally
