The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, production, scheduling, and execution of internal and external campaigns for a4 National Sales. This person will work across the organization, including Sales, Media, and Production teams to develop and execute marketing tactics that are in line with a4 Media’s marketing priorities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping plan, manage and identify industry events in which a4 will participate.

This role reports into the VP, Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own National Marketing plan and calendar for the a4 brand
  • Strategize and produce all creative with both internal and external resources
  • Traffic ads to media agencies
  • Manage media budgets on a campaign level
  • Project manage all elements of 3-4 campaigns per year, inclusive of TV, Digital, OOH Social Media, Print, etc
  • Use customer data and social media targeting overlays to create custom audiences
  • Size audiences and provide recommended budgets to VP
  • Introduce new, innovative, creative options to our internal and external creative resources
  • Brief internal and external creative resources on creative work needed

This role is based in Long Island City which is commutable via most subway lines and LIRR

· College degree or relative experience required

· 8-10 years’ work experience in a Marketing as a Project Manager, with cross-functional experience in Media Panning, TV and Digital Production, and analytics and reporting

· Ability to use Google Analytics

· Experience with CRM platforms

· Ability to retrieve, understand, and disseminate TV, Digital, and Social Media data

· Proficient with the Microsoft office products

· Photoshop skills

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams
