The Video and Graphic Designer will work closely with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Game Producers to design, create and maintain assets for NBCU’s suite of IP based games. Assets include but are not limited to: game trailers, icons, screenshots, user acquisition assets (graphic and video), social posts, in game CRM dialogues for events, sales and announcements, email and websites. This role is ideal for a communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver assets with different objectives across media types, screens, formats and technologies collaboratively or independently with ease. Experienced in developing and executing exciting marketing design, and understands what makes content engaging across platforms and audiences and is able to interpret data driven performance metrics to inform future concepts or iterations. Keeps up with latest tools, technologies and trends and appreciates “best practices” but is willing to get creative and experiment to push boundaries creating results.
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Motion Design, Web design or equivalent experience
•5 years of experience in graphic/motion graphic design, video editing and concept art
•3 years of relevant Senior Design work at an agency or in-house creative team
•Advanced knowledge/experience in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Premiere; understanding of Cinema 4D, Unity3D or ability to illustrate a plus.

•Ability to work and stay organized on multiple products and multitask in a fast paced environment

•Ability to thumbnail and conceptualize ideas quickly.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively present ideas verbally and visually
•A love of experimentation and trying to tell stories in new and different ways

•Ability to take constructive feedback, and be a team player
•Games/entertainment industry related marketing creative experience a plus
