Mission:
Assist with the execution of marketing strategies for several of our emerging businesses as well as implementation of our social media strategies for these businesses.

Overview:
We seek a highly-motivated and driven individual to be responsible for execution of marketing strategies for GOLF Advisor, GOLF Am Tour, and our instruction brands (Revolution Golf and GOLF Academy) in order to attract first-time bookers, reactivate lapsed bookers and engage current bookers. Additionally, this person will be responsible for partnering with marketing, sales, CRM and business intelligence teams, to ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of data surrounding any and all marketing programs and activities. This person will also be responsible for other marketing programs and efforts as assigned.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sr Managers of marketing in the development and execution of a range of marketing strategies
  • Execute social media strategies and tests aimed at achieving business goals
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams – marketing, CRM and B2B – and manage the social media calendar for the year including holidays, culturally relevant events, etc.
  • Closely measure and report on performance of all programs and tests, making recommendations on iteration and/or termination
  • Support the analytical needs of marketing through data mining, analysis and presentation of results / insights
  • Collaborate with business intelligence and CRM teams to devise and implement measurement techniques for all marketing campaigns ranging from brand campaigns, to direct response, new product launches, etc.
  • Responsible for working with the appropriate parties to brief, develop and deliver all necessary creative assets for programs, ensuring appropriate brand integration
  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets for individual programs and provide timely, accurate and detailed performance and budget measurement
  • Work with key stakeholders to define key KPIs for all programs, set goals and consistently measure and report performance and effectiveness
  • Continually gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
  • Support marketing team with ad-hoc business analysis


  • 1 year post-college marketing/digital marketing/social media experience
  • BA in Marketing, Communications or other relevant degree
  • Experience utilizing Hootsuite or similar platforms preferred as well as some Photoshop experience
  • Intermediate skills in analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Previous experience working with and combining web analytics and transactional data together for complete picture
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote and Word with superior ability to use Excel for manipulating and presenting data and also to use visual tools to create and deliver meaningful presentations to diverse business partners

  • 3 years post-college marketing/digital marketing/social media experience preferred
  • Demonstrate passion for marketing as well as strong knowledge and interest in the golf and/or travel industry
  • Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Dependable organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical mind, able to draw connections and make hypotheses based on available data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented, paying close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work outside of business hours from time to time
