  • Supports SVP, VP, and Sales Team
  • Manage phone calls to ensure that attention is always given to the most urgent materials/requests first
  • Interface with all NBCU personnel, as well as assist in the communication with agencies/clients
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism, especially in support of SVP and VP regarding personnel and programming, along with positive attitude
  • Arrange business travel, including car services, air travel and hotels and maintain comprehensive and detailed itineraries
  • Update and maintain calendars and internal and external contact lists as well as update information in a departmental share drive
  • Assist when appropriate in preparation and presentation of documents and presentations
  • Send out Dealmaker flow charts to agency clients and help resolve traffic discrepancies
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and book catering as needed
  • Draft and process travel, entertainment, and business expenses on a timely basis
  • Coordinate IT and facilities service as well as help process the new hires
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering supplies, faxing, scanning and filling documents
  • Print, dub and distribute various materials as needed
  • Organize and manage important reference documents
  • Perform administrative tasks and sales related support as needed
  • Update and maintain sales marketing and premium inventory
  • When needed, provide additional support to the Branded Entertainment team and Traffic team

  • Basic Qualifications:
    o Bachelor’s degree
    o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
