Our client, a family owned business in the Lehigh Valley is looking to expand their team as they open a new position for a Loyalty Program Marketing Communications Manager! This is a full time, onsite opportunity.

The ideal Loyalty Program Marketing Manager will have:
- 3-5 years experience within marketing / communications
- Experience working within the print and digital space
- 2 years management experience, preferably managing a loyalty program
- Experience working with B2B and B2C audiences
- A bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
- A strong background/experience with CMS
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and meet deadlines

This Loyalty Program Marketing Manager will be:
- Driving retail sales through communication and marketing efforts by strengthening relationships between this company and its loyalty customers

-Creating email and social marketing campaigns
- Working with print and digital assets
- Responsible for daily loyalty program operations
- Marketing and tracking analytics of campaigns
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PP)
- Overseeing category managers to achieve overall growth
