PURPOSE: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Digital Operations at E! Entertainment, a division of NBCUniversal, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation efforts for a data analytics tool, along with ongoing analysis and support of the system. The digital operations group is tasked with driving new product and brand initiatives including building a wide range of products and services, extending existing capabilities in emerging platforms, including but not limited to: E! Online, broadband partners, wireless phone carriers, cable video-on-demand partners, download-to-own partners, authenticated streaming partners and others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze large volumes of data from a variety of sources, applying weighted calculations to determine historical patterns and future trends with statistical models
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and granular reports to track marketing campaign ROI performance, consumer engagement KPIs, and for analysis of A/B testing results
  • Lead cross-functional projects using data mining and analysis techniques to grow business
  • Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Marketing, and Digital Product departments to identify new user segments and other untapped markets
  • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
  • Handle day-to-day digital operations of the business by closely monitoring site performance, assist quality assurance team in regression testing through Charles Web Debugging
  • Implement tracking on websites and mobile applications ensuring each variable is configured to product accurate data reports for the business
  • Generate technical specifications document to clearly communicate analytics implementation guidelines
  • Manage analytics implementation directly working with developers across all digital platforms such as website, mobile applications, and third-party published platforms.
  • Continually design, test, and deploy new reports - all with the goal of providing a state-of-the-art reporting environment
  • Collaborate with all departments to monitor and report on key business metrics, partner performance, and make recommendations to senior management as necessary
  • Provide product ideas and feedback for management consideration
  • Define, develop, and integrate analytics projects from start to finish under budget and on time
  • Provide clearly communicated status updates and milestones to executive stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Additional duties and tasks assigned as needed


    ● Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics, and a minimum of 2-4 years of digital analyst experience.
    ● Master’s related in technology field or MBA in Marketing or Management, preferred
    ● Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Chartbeat, SQL, visualizations tools
    ● Must have strong technical skills to implement tracking via Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager
    ● Must have strong statistical skills in software like Tableau or Excel

    ● Must have excellent quantitative skills with the ability to articulate and interpret analytical results
    ● Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
    ● Knowledge of content management systems, and willingness to learn about technological issues that arise in the Digital space
    ● Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)
    ● Be solutions-oriented and have ability to innovate.
    ● Must have excellent written and communication skills, and show attention to detail
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
