This digitally minded Manager of Performance Marketing and Analytics will be responsible for managing large-scale advertising campaigns for our physical and digital distribution products. This person is an analytical and business savvy marketer who can independently manage multiple high velocity advertising campaigns and coordinate creative development and program execution.

The position will work closely with the digital marketing media team, various digital media agencies, internal stakeholders (strategic planning, marketing executives, media, creative), publishers, platforms and technologies to monitor and assess campaign tactics and effectiveness. This role will focus on several key areas: creative optimization and messaging, publisher level media effectiveness, and digital creative testing.

Job Duties:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of strategy and execution for performance media (e.g. Facebook campaigns) including campaign setup, ad trafficking, trouble-shooting and campaign optimization. This will include but not be limited to Facebook, Instagram, Search, Snap and Programmatic..
  • Oversee relationship with performance marketing agency.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through detailed optimization and budget management to meet aggressive campaign goals and objectives.
  • Constantly test new digital platforms and innovative ways to drive sales and key performance indicators (i.e. brand lift, engagements and etc.).
  • Support sales teams on account specific testing strategies and measurement.
  • Provide training, coaching and guidance to the Brand Marketing team.
  • Help educate and inform brand marketing team and organization on best practices, trends and new opportunities.
  • Oversight of implementation of pixels and other tracking/conversion tech enablement (including Affiliate programs).
  • Have an LTV mindset to determine how we can find immediate efficiencies.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • BS/BA degree in computer science, math or engineering or proven track record in a highly quantitative/problem solving environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with emerging media and digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics-based companies.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Direct hands-on experience buying media in Facebook ad manager and/or working with a Facebook PMD
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast moving, ever changing environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
