SHE Media: Influencer Marketing Program Manager

SHE Media is an industry leader in influencer procurement and management. Through our various product types, influencers have multiple touchpoints with which to work with us. We are looking for a well-rounded, hungry and energetic Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager is the “front line” connection between our influencer community and the brands we work on behalf of to create best in class sponsored content programs.

The Influencer Marketing Program Manager will:

  • Work with Integrated Marketing and Sales Teams to develop and sell creative and exciting ways to activate our influencers in results driven sponsored programs that meet both the objectives of the brands and the needs of the influencers
  • Track all trends in the influencer marketing space, including the latest in social media platforms, measurements
  • Work with Client Services and Sales teams to support and execute sponsored initiatives, acting as the principal manager for the influencers, and ensuring the quality standard for which SHE Media is recognized;
  • Own fulfillment, execution and reporting of all SHE Media influencer campaigns including custom content, custom photo, custom video, social first and event activations
  • Compile, interpret and report on social media analytics for optimal client reporting
  • Advocate for best community practices and social media authenticity in new product development and company-wide initiatives
  • Help mentor and train influencers on creating best in class branded content
  • Continuously research, pitch and secure talent for brand partnerships and activations


Reporting to the Sr Director Influencer Marketing the Program Manager will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with building and managing Influencer Marketing executions
  • Strong program/campaign management experience with the ability to set & manage budgets and timelines.
  • Possess strong written, editorial and verbal communication skills (editorial experience a plus)
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to juggle ever-changing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, basic HTML
  • Preferred but not required: Experience working within various Influencer Marketing platforms; Experience with paid social marketing on digital platforms
  • Proactive and able to anticipate and manage risk
  • Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Outstanding organizational ability, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • A strategic vision of community
