Sourcing Journal: Integrated Marketing Manager

Sourcing Journal Media is looking for an integrated marketing associate to help execute marketing strategies for both the company’s own properties as well as the client deliverables. This role is based in New York.


  • Working with and reporting into the associate publisher to develop revenue-driving opportunities for the Sourcing Journal Media brands
  • Coordinating the master calendar for all Sourcing Journal Media and client deliverables, including ads, takeovers, events, etc
  • Creating and managing campaigns to market Sourcing Journal properties
  • Managing all marketing campaigns used to promote sales deliverables from start to finish, including
    • scheduling and trafficking and development, takeovers, social media deployment
    • tracking budgets for all site and social media amplifications
    • tracking performance of all promotions and quantifying what’s working and what isn’t
  • Similarly, manage all marketing campaigns for the Sourcing Journal brands
  • Communicating and collaborating with the sales and creative teams
  • Continually monitoring information resources such as competitive publications, related businesses and social media for new marketing ideas
  • Ideating and brainstorming creative ideas based on client needs, meetings and industry trends
  • Helping create sell sheets, proposals, decks and sales materials to meet client needs and brand objectives across all Sourcing Journal properties 
  • Interfacing with development teams when needed to create and edit elements in the newsletters and site and track progress


  • Creative thinker who has knowledge of what is happening in the marketplace at large
  • Pays close attention to detail and can multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of organization
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, can-do approach to business
  • Experience at a media company/publisher a plus
