wins!  Who are we?  F&I Express.  F&I Express is a newly acquired Cox
Automotive company brand and our marketing team needs you!  F&I Express is dedicated to bringing aftermarket sales
(non-factory items of a car including things such as insurance) into the
digital age with innovative technology that cuts costs, increases efficiency
and more.

The primary role of the Product Marketing Specialist is to focus on F&I
Express products – Express Digital Media and F&I Direct.  Under general supervision, this individual is
responsible to work closely with several internal stakeholders to execute on driving
awareness, lead generation to beget revenue, and utilization of solutions with
a rock-solid product marketing plan and execution against the plan. This
individual will execute and activate marketing campaigns by developing engaging
marketing programs that will reach the target audience for the F&I Express
platform and products and inspire an increase resulting in sales revenue, market
share, utilization, and advocacy. 
  • Product marketing campaign
    execution (online/offline). Campaign Systems execution support.  Working with the Product Marketing Managers
    within your team assist with the execution of product marketing campaigns,
    programs and promotions. Some elements of what you will do is listed here but
    not limited to. This includes:
    • Actively support and manage
      the identified product marketing execution to ensure corporate objectives and
      deadlines are being met. 
    • Supports development of
      quarterly comprehensive marketing plans on how you will drive impactful
      business results (plans to include but not limited to: goals, strategies,
      tactics, phased campaign components, and more). Helps to identify and execute
      the appropriate marketing tactics for specified objectives and strategies
      including advertising, collateral, public relations, direct marketing, digital
      marketing, SEM, social media, and other tactics as appropriate
    • Write clear, concise and
      strategic messaging to drive traffic that includes emails, promotions, direct
      mail pieces and other marketing materials that drive business results
    • Supports the coordination and
      implementation of all campaigns utilizing marketing automation systems (email,
      social, web and more) .  Assist in
      editing online content updates using content management system as needed.  Owns updating other assets / sales materials
      as needed.
    • Supports creation of sales
      enablement assets
    • Supports creation of emails,
      internal decks updating on status across the business
    • Assist Product Marketing
      Managers by conducting business analytics, segmentation and execution
      assessment and recommendations
    • Assists the team in
      conducting business and campaign analytics, segmentation and campaign execution
      assessment and leading to future campaign / program recommendations. 

  • Based on overall strategy and
    execution plan, support Dealer Advisory Board and industry & first-party
    event execution where required / identified
  • Support
    team on managing budget
  • BS in marketing/communications or equivalent degree required
  • 3+ years experience
  • Work experience in financial industry or auto digital
    retailing a plus
  • Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team
    environment. Can manage his/her time and projects wisely while meeting
  • Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and
    ever-changing tasks
  • You are an energetic, positive person who works well
  • Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must
  • Solid writing skills with the ability to write compelling
    marketing content
  • Experience working with or supporting sales and marketing
  • You are extremely professional in your demeanor with the
    ability to influence others
  • You represent the company brand well and help others to do
    the same.  Strong verbal and written
    communication skills.
