WWD: Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing

WWD is seeking an Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing to assist with the development,

execution and recapping of integrated programs across a multitude of categories, from fashion

and beauty, to jewelry/watch, technology and real estate in both the B2B and B2C space.

This role will work across all WWD properties, including Digital Daily, WWD.com, Fairchild Live,

Beauty Inc and WWD Studios.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ of experience in proposal writing, project

management and event execution.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with, and reporting into, the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, as well as other members of the marketing team to develop revenue-driving opportunities for both brand sales teams
  • Communicate and be the liaison between members of the social media, WWD Studios and creative teams
  • Ideate and brainstorm creative ideas based on client needs, meetings and the RFP process
  • Create sell sheets, proposals and sales materials to meet client needs and brand objectives across all WWD properties
  • Manage all marketing programs from start to finish including custom proposal elements, budgets, outside vendors/partners, internal departments etc.
  • Manage WWD Studios custom programs including creation of sponsored content features, timelines and organizing all creative deliverables
  • Create and execute events in both the B2B and B2C verticals

  • Creative thinker who has knowledge of what is happening in the marketplace at large
  • Pays close attention to detail and can multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of organization
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, can-do approach to business
  • Experience at a media company/publisher a plus
