Leaf Group’s Media division is looking for a Client Services Manager to help support our clients and internal sales teams from our New York office.

A big vision calls for a big job.  As we grow, our need for a Client Services Manager grows with us.

You’ll Report To: VP, Digital Media Operations

A typical day as a Client Services Manager might include:

  • Ensuring clients and internal sales teams are receiving exceptional customer service
    and support
  • Leading brainstorms that result in compelling media plans & proposals
  • Meeting error free media plan creation deadlines
  • Campaign Event project management
  • Schedule and lead internal campaign kickoff meetings
  • Participate in external campaign kickoff calls to outline assets, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Asset Management
  • Preparation of campaign related documentation (e.g. Asset Requests, Timeline, Delivery Reports, Campaign Wrap ups) for Client and Internal Stakeholders
  • Partnering w/ Ad Ops, Design, Marketing, and Editorial to assure accurate and continuous campaign related communication
  • Seamless monitoring and optimizing of multiple campaigns to fulfill client KPIs
  • Effective and timely fulfillment of pre and post-sale goals
  • Recognizing, analyzing and quickly solving campaign issues and discrepancies
  • Assisting in building relationships with clients

You'll be successful if you are a team player that has a focus on providing excellent client service and have excellent interpersonal skills which include flexibility, patience, resourcefulness,  assertiveness, accountability, and responsibility.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years experience in account management and digital media plan creation.
  • Fluency in digital media language: impressions, CTR, CPM, eCPM, CPV, vCPM, etc.
  • Extremely client focused and client service oriented.
  • Excellent Excel proficiency.
  • Google Drive Proficiency (including Google Documents, Sheets and Slides); Asana and/or Jira experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, focusing on prioritizing problem solving
  • Comfortable with participating in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
