Integration Specialist – Xtime,
Mission, KS



 



The
Integration Specialist is responsible for accurately importing all customer
data and establishing a reliable connection for continued data transfer on a
daily basis.



 



Specific
Responsiblities:



Process multiple work
items through the project timelines using tools available, such as Salesforce
and Motosnap to document account activity and meet client turn time expectations and
departmental quality standards

Perform complex
account configurations for inventory and data importing

Convey
recommendations and relevancy to other team members

Provide check and
balance to requests; ensure request is correct by Vin standards.

Make use of Astera
Centerprise to convert customer data to a compatible format

Build and modify
data-flows within Astera as it is needed

Work in a team
environment with implementation managers and specialists, providing updates as
needed to ensure overall and timely completion

Contribute to team effort by
accomplishing related tasks as needed

Actively seek information to improve
product knowledge base


Obtain and
maintain a working knowledge of VinSolutions’ suite of products as well as
the automotive industry as a whole and other Cox Automotive business units

Qualifications: Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated ability to read and write SQL queries and/or similar query languages

Highly analytical, organized, process oriented, and task oriented

Proactive problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

High School diploma or equivalent

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Technical certification(s), associate degree or equivalent
