We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to drive customer success. As an Account Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact to ensure client satisfaction and that a4 Media stays top of mind
  • Be the subject matter expert for all aspects of media planning and activation, both internally and externally
  • Track and forecast key account metrics
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for all campaign related projects
  • Set campaign strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Analyze campaigns in order to design and implement projects to increase customer ROI
  • Stay up-to-date on all media buying trends
  • Create media plans that meet client goals and objectives
  • Track all related activities in Salesforce.com
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Acquire campaign assets including targeting information, creative assets any other relevant campaign specifics
  • Clarify and document, in the form of a campaign brief, the goals and objectives of the campaign with the sales account executive and client
  • Schedule regular campaign check-ins with clients and deliver applicable reports and analytics. Answer client questions regarding performance and communicate ongoing goals and objectives to operations
  • Act as the internal champion working on the clients’ behalf and serve as internal hub for all client questions, concerns, and successes acting as the main point of contact for the client post sale
  • Conduct/lead the post campaign closing call as appropriate
  • B.S. or MBA, in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years media buying or account management experience
  • Expertise in and history of buying across the television or digital media landscape
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment across multiple channels, clients and numerous ad hoc requests
  • Excellent communication skills with the specific ability to break down complex topics for groups with varying backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills
