Altice USA, the market leader in providing enterprise advertising management solutions to the MVPD market, is seeking a smart and collaborative team member to lead Client Services and work with Sales and Advertising Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns. You will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of the post-close, pre-campaign launch, live campaign reporting to client, and post campaign efforts.

Altice USA leverages the power of first party data, programmatic media and predictive analytics to drive best-in-class media campaigns across devices. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to play a key role in our growth and client retention strategy. Reporting to the customer experience lead, this key role will be responsible for sales enablement to help better position Altice USA as the one-stop shop for media planning and placement across multiple screens.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Client Service Associates and all aspects of campaign support (detailed below)
  • Nurture and develop a high functioning team responsible for ensuring client success – both remote and local team members
  • Design and implement process for organization and collaboration across your team and the departments they support
  • Maintains continuous, collaborative and proactive dialog with Account Execs and Media Managers
  • Nurture deep understanding of client requirements, objectives and aspirations
  • Finds opportunities for Account Executives to partner with the client in their pursuits in a way that is mutually beneficial and that grows the size and value of our business
  • Designs client solutions and manages internal parties to ensure satisfactory delivery
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of digital advertising and acts as a subject matter expert for the sales team
  • Involved in all aspects of the sales/advertising cycle:
    • Pre-Close/Sales Process
      • Create targeting maps to support multiple sales account executives
      • Identify digital inventory to ensure the proper impressions are available for specific geographies, date rages and target audiences
      • Work with Media Manager to create digital media plans
    • Pre-Campaign Launch
      • Acquire campaign assets
      • Clarify the goals and objectives of the campaign with the sales account executive
      • Log IO into SalesForce
    • Live Campaign
      • Schedule regular campaign reporting check-ins with sales and deliver applicable reports and analytics for distribution to clients
      • Schedule weekly internal call with sales to review clients/campaign needs and results.
      • Act as the internal champion working on the clients’ behalf and serve as internal hub for all client questions, concerns, and successes acting as the main point of contact for the Account Executive
      • Provide Quality Assurance for campaign
      • Subject matter expert on the post campaign closing call as appropriate
    • Post Campaign
      • Provide reporting for distribution to clients by Account Executives
      • Manage Billing and Invoicing to clients
  • ~5 years of experience in client relationship management with some level of revenue generation responsibility
  • Experience in digital media (in AdTech, Analytics, CRM, Digital Media, and/or Social Media) with a successful track record in a high-growth, hands-on culture preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Business / Marketing / Political Science / Communications / Liberal Arts preferred
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn and to better understand online interactions
  • Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with the ability manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages; Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Altice
  • Proven track record with high standards of professionalism, integrity and humility
