Assistant to the SVP of Theatrical and Home Entertainment
Primary role is to assist in the clerical day to day operations of the media department as it pertains to the Director of Theatrical and Home Entertainment. Must be detailed oriented, organized and able to work as part of a team.
<li>Responsible for answering phones and managing messages
<li>Track and organize supervisors calendar
<li>Schedule and Coordinate Meetings, which includes but is not limited too:
<li>Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes
<li>Reserving conference rooms
<li>Assisting in the set up of meeting rooms
<li>Inviting appropriate parties
<li>Filing and organizing documents and media kits
<li>Distribution of documents; both internal and from external ad agency
<li>Generate PowerPoint / Key Note presentations for Filmmaker meetings
<li>Assist on various media team projects.
- Track POs and SAP invoices.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
Strong Written and Verbal communications skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a plus

College degree in a related field strongly preferred
Able to demonstrate successful organizational skills and ability to prioritize in an Assistant Role
A self starter and strong team player
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity
Extremely detail oriented (extending to all areas of projects/interactions)
