Fandango is looking for a Product Manager to define and deliver an innovative consumer
experience for products at Fandango. This role is responsible for collaborating with Product,
Technology, PMO, UX/Design, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Customer Service, Fraud, Ad Sales
and other stakeholders in defining the product requirements to build and maintain a best in class
commerce experience for the Fandango audience. If you live and breathe entertainment and have

• Define user stories for the commerce experience, helping to prioritize backlog according to
product strategy and business goals
• Execute on the development of products in partnership with cross-functional teams
including Engineering, PMO, UX/Design, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Customer
Service, Fraud, Ad Sales and Business Development, working with Product leads to unite
teams towards a common goal
• Guide projects through launch and post-launch hyper-care
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities and deliver actionable solutions
• Integrate research, market analysis and usability studies into product requirements to
maximize user satisfaction and run A/B tests to optimize user experience
• Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products
• Documentation specialist

• Degree in business, communications or other related field
• 2+ years of product development/management experience in the design, development
and launch of successful e-commerce products with an emphasis on the checkout flow
• Experience with payment processing and credit cards and alternative payment methods
such as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and more
• A strong understanding and passion for consumer-focused digital commerce
• Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize
them throughout their lifecycle
• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional
tone across departments, SCRUM and JIRA experience a plus
• Expertise in juggling multiple tasks, re-prioritizing where needed
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based
on research data and industry trends
• Attention to detail is essential
• Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion
