Oxygen is seeking a Development & Production Coordinator to support the SVP, Development, Production & International and two VPs of Development & Production and serve as a department coordinator for the development and production team.

Job Duties
Manage heavy phones, calendar & contact management
Development and production research
Maintain pitch logs
Follow trades & industry developments
Maintain DVD and digital libraries and upload videos
Manage expenses and coordinate travel
Manage interns and other development and production administrative duties
Interface with creative executives, agents, producers and talent on a regular basis; therefore, professionalism and great customer service is needed
Write compelling log lines
Additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
Minimum one year previous Executive Assistant or related experience
College degree or equivalent work experience

Professional phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
Proven experience interacting with talent and creative
Knowledge of TV industry a plus
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced working environment; proven ability to anticipate and solve problems
Strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships with internal employees as well as external clients
Excellent writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
