RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support consumer marketing on show launch campaigns and social media efforts including: ideation/creative brainstorming, development presentations and delivery of consumer and social campaigns elements as needed.
  • Support internal Symphony efforts
  • Manage production schedule, track local teams plans, symphony plans, summarize recap, etc.
  • Support PR & Comms with distribution of exclusive PR clips, press releases and photos.
  • Work closely with Creative team to develop bespoke social media assets & campaigns for int’l
  • Create PowerPoint presentations; write copy, select photography & video assets, create charts and graphs.
  • Support with coordination of consumer & trade events including International Press Junkets, Live Events and senior level internal events. This includes working with the vendor, managing events calendar, logistics (hotel, travel, cars, etc.), etc.
  • Support ad sales manager on all turnkey sponsorships and other duties as needed.
  • Manage and distribute all show toolkits and creative assets to local offices: consumer, social, Alibaba: tracking and delivery
  • Work directly with premiums team for creation and distribution of premiums, as well as track budget for premiums
  • Handle marketing department expense reports, i.e. track expenses, raise reports, etc.
  • Manage all invoice & PO processing to ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion, i.e. raising POs, tracking costs for projects, setting up vendors, making sure POs paid in timely manner
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks including but not limited to organizing meetings with multiple offices & time zones, filing expense reports, booking travel, organizing/filing documents, creating PowerPoint presentations, etc.
