Support consumer marketing on show launch campaigns and social media efforts including: ideation/creative brainstorming, development presentations and delivery of consumer and social campaigns elements as needed.
Support internal Symphony efforts
Manage production schedule, track local teams plans, symphony plans, summarize recap, etc.
Support PR & Comms with distribution of exclusive PR clips, press releases and photos.
Work closely with Creative team to develop bespoke social media assets & campaigns for int’l
Create PowerPoint presentations; write copy, select photography & video assets, create charts and graphs.
Support with coordination of consumer & trade events including International Press Junkets, Live Events and senior level internal events. This includes working with the vendor, managing events calendar, logistics (hotel, travel, cars, etc.), etc.
Support ad sales manager on all turnkey sponsorships and other duties as needed.
Manage and distribute all show toolkits and creative assets to local offices: consumer, social, Alibaba: tracking and delivery
Work directly with premiums team for creation and distribution of premiums, as well as track budget for premiums
Handle marketing department expense reports, i.e. track expenses, raise reports, etc.
Manage all invoice & PO processing to ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion, i.e. raising POs, tracking costs for projects, setting up vendors, making sure POs paid in timely manner
Handle general office and administrative tasks including but not limited to organizing meetings with multiple offices & time zones, filing expense reports, booking travel, organizing/filing documents, creating PowerPoint presentations, etc.
