: Produce, edit, and supervise compelling, brand compliant shows, features, and streaming content with an engaging and authentic production style; self-directing, self-motivating, with ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This person should be highly creative, have a strong video production and storytelling background, and work well both independently and collaboratively. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects as they pertain to corporate goals.

<li> Develop familiarity with all projects in development and production
<li> Produce and edit videos as determined by workload including but not limited to:
<li> <li> Shows
<li> <li> Features
<li> <li> Streaming content
<li> <li> Marketing sizzles
<li> <li> Social videos
<li> <li> Vignettes
<li> Write scripts for short and long-format projects
<li> Problem solve technical challenges when they arise and develop efficiencies for the department
<li> Sourcing and managing video assets
<li> Responsible for maintaining back-ups of all project files and show media to internal servers
<li> Develop and maintain preset standards for versioning
<li> Responsible for developing and maintaining video tools/toolbox for corporate use
<li> Work with various departments on shows to ensure accuracy and timely updates for deadlines and schedules

  • Must have strong creative abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Production and Post Production process.
  • Ability to work well with other department members and manage team.
  • Computer application proficiency should include Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, & Photoshop on the Macintosh platform.
  • Familiarity with art, animation, design, and engineering production pipelines and software.
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 4 year college degree.
