Cox Automotive is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Xtime brand based out of Mission, Kansas.
Xtime is currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the creation, execution, and performance of our digital marketing strategies. The new Digital Marketing Manager will ensure the success of our marketing campaigns by constantly testing, optimizing, and managing all digital channels. By using search engine optimization(SEO), AB testing, search engine marketing (SEM), pay per click (PPC), and other digital marketing tactics, our new Digital Marketing Manager will drive qualified lead traffic to our website properties.
By having a comprehensive understanding of digital tactics and analytics the Digital Marketing Manager will craft data driven digital campaigns with your team. You will develop campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase lead generation, customer engagement, and any other needed result.

Manage the images, tools, and public content on the company's website
Create, maintain, and implement a seamless, cross-channel digital marketing strategy
Drive qualified traffic to our website properties and oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
Optimize and AB test all digital marketing campaigns to improve KPI
Collaborate with other marketing teammates to ensure our content and digital strategies are generating quality leads
Establish macro/micro KPIs and track the effectiveness of all channel marketing campaigns
Track all KPI's on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, education and work experience will be considered.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, and SEM
- Working knowledge of web design principles, conversion rate optimization, and content management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute various strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with analytic tools such as Google Analytics or other Webmaster Tools in end-to-end inbound marketing
- You must be able to extract meaning from data then apply it to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast
