Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently hiring a Program Specialist to join our OEM team in Burlington, Vermont.
JOB SUMMARY: The Program Specialist supports the OEM Services Program Management Team in the facilitation, prioritization, and execution of assigned tasks and projects. Program Specialists work closely with the OEM Program Managers to assist in the coordination and facilitation of our OEM Program needs including, but not limited to client order processing, website asset implementation, report generation, compliance and program requirement management, and assist in documentation. The Program Specialist will also assist the OEM Services group in knowledge gathering and distribution, scheduling, and event coordination. 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Support the OEM Services Team in project coordination & executionIncluding launch of new programs, initiatives or product solutions
Assist in ensuring retailer compliance:Manage and facilitating pre-approval submissions as needed for clientsActing as the OEM Program Compliance Subject Matter Expert to assist internal teams in web product creationReviews and implements resolutions identified in client audit or infractions Keeping abreast of changes to OEM compliance covenants, programs, and monitoring efforts on Dealer.com Digital Solutions
Assist in required program daily, weekly and monthly deliverables:Processes retailer ordersAssists in website asset implementationGenerates documents and reports for clients as guided by the Program ManagersResearches billing and advertising discrepancies 
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of trainings, meetings, and events (as needed)Qualifications:REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant work experienceMust have customer focus / relationship skillsProven technical, prioritization, and critical thinking skillsExcellent command of business English for written and oral communicationsProficient trouble computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications) Prior work experience in an office environment; familiarity with web-based technologies and Windows environment
