Creative Studio is an in-house creative department that provides
inspired solutions to Cox Enterprises and its partners. “Studio,” as we like to
call it, provides high-level creative across all media, including print,
digital, and audio/video. The Creative Studio is hiring a Senior Event
Producer to join our team.



Responsibilities:

  • Engage
    with partners to create an environment that connects with the audience
  • Work
    with the internal CS team to develop staging concepts that meet partners’
    criteria for success
  • Develop
    creative event designs for large scale events 
  • Coordinate
    the hiring of contractors for VIP events
  • Serve
    in a producer role on shows
  • Develop
    renderings and engineering diagrams for review
  • Develop
    agendas and ROS’s
  • Coordinate
    the hiring of contractors
  • Conduct
    site surveys
  • Well
    versed in mitigating event management risks
  • Keen
    understanding of latest technologies and techniques to produce the highest
    quality product in the most efficient manner possible.

  • Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in related
    field required
  • 10+ years of live event production
  • 5+ years in a producer role
  • Proficient Creative Cloud and
    relevant software
  • A strong customer service focus as
    well as impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability during a
    project lifecycle. 
  • Must be able to work well as a part
    of a team, as well as independently
  • Strong verbal and written
    communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time
    management skills; executive presence is also a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as
    well as Mac OS Systems
  • The ideal candidate must have a
    good sense of humor, ability to handle stress in stride and a moderated
    confidence.
