The Product Operations Video Product Manager will be
responsible for the launch and life-cycle support of Cox Business Video
products/services. This position requires the candidate to possess a
strong technical background/education in Video, Video / Content distribution.
Performing this role involves spearheading
successful implementation of new products/services, and subsequent
product/service enhancements across COX systems, in accordance with the
existing product development and product launch methodology.
What You Will Do
with Local Markets and Product Operations resources to ensure successful
implementation of new products and compliance with standard practices for
and document Service Delivery and Service Assurance Process flows for assigned

weekly product launch status calls with markets, reviewing performance against

Lifecycle support for assigned products:

Willingness to travel Preferred: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree, Master's Degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications and engineering, a plusPrevious consulting experience with a leading consulting firm or Sales Engineering experience a plus
