The Product Operations Video Product Manager will be
responsible for the launch and life-cycle support of Cox Business Video
products/services. This position requires the candidate to possess a
strong technical background/education in Video, Video / Content distribution.
Performing this role involves spearheading
successful implementation of new products/services, and subsequent
product/service enhancements across COX systems, in accordance with the
existing product development and product launch methodology.
What You Will Do
with Local Markets and Product Operations resources to ensure successful
implementation of new products and compliance with standard practices for
and document Service Delivery and Service Assurance Process flows for assigned
implement and maintain initial and ongoing operating performance metrics (truck
rolls, ticket volumes, MTTR) for assigned products

Product Launch activities across Cox Markets for assigned products:

against plan (i.e., ticket volumes, truck rolls, etc.)
weekly product launch status calls with markets, reviewing performance against
and managing resolution of any operational issues hampering market launch
and distributing Market Launch Executive Summaries across CB and Boundary Partner
Lifecycle support for assigned products:

What You Need to Know

Ability to facilitate and work with large cross functional teams in a matrix organization. 5-7 years of product operations and/or technical operations experience in the telecommunications industry required.Strong presentation and communications skills a must, including experience tailoring and presenting communications and recommendations across organizational management levelsProficiency using Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
Willingness to travel Preferred: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree, Master's Degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications and engineering, a plusPrevious consulting experience with a leading consulting firm or Sales Engineering experience a plus
