Bravo and Oxygen are seeking an experienced digital designer to lead user experience and visual design for its suite of digital products including and You will be responsible for developing responsive design systems for each of the sites that take into consideration need for rapid iteration, efficient workflows for creating production graphics, supporting Brand creative, marketing and ad integration strategies, and mostly importantly usability and performance. You will work closely with creative leads for the brands that we support as well as content creators, product developers and engineers to develop and execute beautiful and performant user experiences.Responsibilities include:
  • Create high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Define interaction details
  • Follow and extend existing brand guidelines in the context of new experiences
  • Create and develop brand assets for lifestyle brands and original digital video series
  • Collaborate with front end developers to execute designs
  • Perform or provide direction for visual QA
  • Produce/Manage the creation of production graphics
  • Manage UX designer, freelancers and/or interns
  • Occasionally create assets for sales presentations or integration into on-air promos

  • •6+ Years interactive design experience
    •Brand development experience
    •Experience developing and working with a style guide
    •Experience with responsive design
    •Experience designing interfaces across different devices and technology platforms
    •Able to rapidly iterate design based on usage data
    •Demonstrated ability to create design systems
    •Strong understanding of layout, information design and typography
    •Experience working in daily production environment
    •Experience with agile development
    •An online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills that includes responsive websites
