The Director, Digital Ad Sales Inventory & Solutions will primarily be responsible for overseeing strategic projects and programs that support key business priorities for NBC/TM/RSN Local Ad Sales organization as well as oversee the responsibilities of the Inventory and Analytics team. This role leads or guides all projects that drive Ad Sales strategies impacting internal or external stakeholders. Communicate with members of leadership team on inventory trends and opportunitiesProvide insight into analytics projects and ensure digital perspective is supportedProvide senior-level project management support on projects; at times, drive conversations with the end goal being to drive resultsOversee all projects, scoping, timelines, budgeting, communication matrices, and close out/launch processesIdentify/document project risks and multiple mitigation strategies to ensure successful project executionOutline requirements, ad specs and QA new ad products as needed; work with various internal teams to launch new advertising products Have full knowledge of all ad products available on the site, including specs, site functionality, general availability and performance of ad units Analyze sales communication to continue to create efficiency whenever possibleEstablish and communicate clear direction and priorities to the team. Monitor team execution of functions and the adherence to established policies.Outline requirements, ad specs and QA new ad products as needed; work with various internal teams to launch new advertising products Drive team efficiency to meet SLA’s and other key business metrics
- 5-6 years minimum experience in Digital Ad Operations
- Experience in project management responsibilities
- Proficient Excel skills
- Strong Analytical
- Able to organize/prioritize efficiently

- Fast Learner
- Working knowledge of the digital ad industry, including an understanding of online ad serving (Ad Manager, Freewheel...Etc.) systems
- Experience with Digital Media Plan Booking Systems (Operative One)
- Able to communicate information at the appropriate level to sales people, middle, and senior management
