Associate Editor, Branded Content

The Tylt is looking for a versatile and savvy associate editor to join our branded content team in NY. You will be responsible for helping build out our branded content, e-commerce content, and debate packages meant for widespread distribution to other brands. This role will report directly to the content editor.

◾Someone who is capable of handling an entire campaign, from initial ideation to managing client revisions, and evaluating metrics to advise on content strategy.
◾Someone who can build an editorial calendar for clients and editors, and help us build a workflow and processes for our native content operations.
◾Someone who can optimize content for both search and social.
◾Someone with the ability to work across verticals and collaborate with editors, product and marketing to serve current and future business needs.
◾Someone who can monitor digital media, content marketing industry news and developments, and bring both our editorial and business departments up to speed.
◾Someone who is a good multi-tasker, who can quickly adapt to changing business needs.
◾Someone experienced with analytic tools and has the ability to glean key actionable insights from data.
◾Someone with excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and planning skills.
What you should have
◾ 2+ years of experience in digital media or marketing.
◾ Experience producing branded content and/or e-commerce content for a major publisher or brand.
◾ Experience or an existing record of working with marketing and sales, or clients.
◾ Background in digital media is a plus.
◾ Bachelor's degree, preferred.
◾ Insatiable curiosity.
◾ A good sense of humor.
