The Accreditation Assistant will assist the Coordinator, Games Event Management in the overall process management, submission and distribution of the NBC Olympic credentials and NBC IDs for the upcoming 2020 Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
: Reviewing of credential materials such as photos and passports; Setting up and printing of NBC IDs;Utilizing the NBC sports management system;Liaising with various internal NBC departments and facilitate in the overall Accreditation submission process with the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee; Coordinating on-site distribution of credentials at the NBC office in the Main Accreditation Center (MAC);Provide support in daily access issues (including guest passes) and in liaising with Tokyo 2020 Accreditation counterparts; andProviding assistance in the Games Event Management office at the International Broadcast Center (IBC).
