The Vice President, Change Management in the Direct-to-Consumer group will be part of the Change Delivery & Operations team. In partnership with the PMO, they will translate detailed business plans and specific business requirements into a clear vision and story. They will also be responsible for analyzing those plans to understand dependencies, risks and opportunities, and to work with various business functions and departments to quantify and mitigate risks as needed. Further, they will stitch together clear communications to assist with change delivery, both for the adjacent teams as well as for other stakeholders and key executives.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing overall change delivery leadership and support to various D2C executive stakeholders and top priority initiatives
  • Distilling complex media, technology and D2C product concepts into clear and simple executive communications
  • Managing and preparing regular executive communications and updates for NBCU senior leadership, as well as communication to the broader D2C team and other parts of the company
  • Providing comprehensive analysis of the D2C program, identifying critical dependencies, risks to plan and budget, opportunities to accelerate or capitalize on new information or business developments, managing escalations and facilitating collaboration to ensure teams are working on critical work streams to deliver against program goals
  • Providing hands-on program management and managing business alignment on priorities through proper planning and effective communication, including: articulating status and big picture to the project team and stakeholders
  • Creating transparency, measurability, and accountability to effectively manage deliveries
  • Anticipating and managing stakeholders’ expectations and engagement


  • • Minimum 10 years of experience in either strategy, corporate finance, management consulting, or a combination of the above
    • Experience in digital media or direct-to-consumer video business highly preferred

    • Exceptional, results-driven and focused individual, combining a quantitative outlook with the ability to organize, motivate and lead stakeholders across the company to drive change
    • Passion for diving into complex concepts, defining value propositions and developing growth strategy
    • Analytically-driven thought leader who can perform business analysis and real-time tactical execution of priority initiatives
    • Ability to communicate and work in a fast paced, results oriented environment and align the interests of multiple stakeholders
