The Lead Promotions Producer is responsible for producing on and off air campaigns including print, radio, outdoor and digital media with proven results. This position will report to and work closely with the Marketing Director to create and execute fresh and relevant imaging for the station.
Qualified candidate must have prior production experience; such as being able to write, shoot, edit and produce station, news, sales, topicals and special promotional campaigns.
Candidate must also have a working knowledge of properly using promotional inventory, manage and maintain promotional traffic logs.

College degree or a minimum of 7 years prior promotion experience required.
Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects.
Must have the ability to plan ahead and coordinate production between departments.
Must be flexible to work weekends on short notice, accommodate varies changing work schedules to meet deadlines.
Must have an expert understanding of Adobe Suite, Production equipment operation and maintenance, and Mac OS experience.
Must be able to produce on and off air campaigns including print, radio, outdoor and digital media with proven results.
Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish at an advanced level.
Must have a clear understanding and have working knowledge of how to produce exceptional creative campaigns with continuity and with proven results.
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be “on call” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
Prior production experience in a Spanish language TV station.
MBA (Preferably in marketing, advertising, or communications)
