Working with the SYFY WIRE editorial team and other key stakeholders, this role is responsible for applying data and analytics to actionable methodologies that serve the overall strategic goals of the organization. Must be well-versed in Adobe Site Catalyst,, DOMO, Art19, Tubular and native reporting tools for platforms like YouTube and Apple News - and able to clearly report out to and provide recommendations to multiple stakeholders including content creation, product and executive teams.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze multi-platform content performance to provide conclusions and actionable recommendations designed to improve the effectiveness of both content and distributionWork with a variety of data sources to monitor content performance across multiple platforms, including on-domain, YouTube and syndicated platforms like Apple News and FlipboardProvide day to day analytic support for the digital team, including QA of dataCollaborate with key stakeholders to establish KPIs and perform planning for multiplatform audience developmentDistribute performance highlights and observed trends on a regular basis across multiple teams including editorial and social

• 3 or more years of business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering work
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, YouTube, Apple News and other reporting tools
• Ability to identify trends in real-time to help inform editorial teams
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced editorial, audio and video environment
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Knowledge of science fiction, fantasy, horror and comic books a plus, but not required.
