The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Digital engagement with expertise to develop innovative digital campaign improvements that are relevant to the industry on a nationwide scale. The major responsibilities of this role will be to provide the sales team with forecasts, reporting, site data, ad specifications, and other support requests. Working collegially with the Advertising and Sales team in managing third-party advertising relationships and optimize networks to maximize digital revenue across Washington Times media platforms.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising and is a self-sufficient critical thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills to handle multiple projects at a time.
A qualified candidate for this position must have 3 to 5 years’ experience technology, sales, digital activation and/or digital campaign work. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
