The Assistant Manager, Global SVOD Sales Administration, is primarily responsible for supporting our global television business. There is an emphasis on the internal sales processing particularly with respect to the global SVOD deals. This role reports to Manager, Sales Planning and Administration.


  • Input and track SVOD TV licenses using SAFE database (or new systems as they become available) and process deals internally to enable timely billing and correct availability data.
  • For TV product obtain TV start dates from TV schedules for SVOD licenses.
  • Analyze data to ensure licensed product has been captured accurately in SAFE database.
  • Build and grow relationships within the department and with the field offices to ensure that we can work effectively to support our scheduling needs while causing minimum disruption to the linear business.
  • Send legally binding notices to clients per contractual obligations and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Administration and Finance, Accounting, specifically assist with the reconciliation between the in-house databases.
  • Work closely with Distribution Services to verify timely delivery of product. Coordinate between Sales and Distribution Services on permissible shipping dates.

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills

  • Team player with the ability to manage independent multiple projects simultaneously.
