Partner Experience Specialist 1 is responsible for prospecting potential sales
partners, onboarding newly signed sales partners, and enabling and building
deeper relationships with current sales partners.  The RapidScale Partner Experience team will
be in charge of delivering the best partner experience in the industry.


Partner Experience

and maintain partner relationships through the execution of ongoing tasks that
result in the best partner experience in the cloud services industry

the gift cards and gifts that need to be sent each week with the Partner
Experience Manager, and then send them



phone calls and Webex meetings with new partners that train them on RapidScale
services and support system

goals with onboarded sales partners for 30, 60, 90 and 180 days to get them
selling and integrated into the RapidScale ecosystem

the onboarding process as needed to generate partner engagement



lists of sales partners not currently selling under RapidScale, contact them,
and get them to sign and sell under RapidScale

meetings between prospective sales partners and PEM’s, with the intent of
getting them to sell RapidScale services

prospective sales partners to register for and attend RapidScale events



current RapidScale sales partners and create strategies that get them to sell
RapidScale services

Sales Partners on an individual basis to help them prospect their current list
of customers to get them engaging with RapidScale PEMs and solutions engineers

with Marketing on periodic RapidScale branded materials to send out to
successful partners that you keep seeing wins with RapidScale

current Sales Partners and get them to register for and attend RapidScale


End Customer Engagement

Make periodic phone calls to end customers of
sales partners based upon selective end customer campaigns through Cloud
Funnels campaigns.

Oversee the execution of Cloud Funnels email
campaigns to sales partner end customers. 
Track metrics and communication to both marketing and sales partners.


PEM Enablement

Using feedback from your interaction with
sales partners, provide PEMs monthly reports and talking points for them to
engage the sales partners

Update management weekly with Key Performance
Indicators (KPI’s) to address activity will be reviewed weekly


and Tracking

the CRM is updated with notes on partners and end customers, including the
sales pipeline update based upon your conversations and activities

management of successful partners that are consistently winning and growing

the total size of the pipeline and closed deals resulting from PES activity.

Qualifications:A college degree or equivalent work experience 

Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Base knowledge of IT, data, IP, and
WAN connectivity preferred but not required

Proficiency in the sales cycle with
the ability to sell and close opportunities

Proficiency in computer usage, internet and Microsoft Office suite of

Ability to call new contacts and develop relationships quickly
