Cox Business has a unique opportunity to join our Security Solutions team as a Sales Coordinator.  The individual in this role will be responsible to provide support to our sales team and the best possible customer experience for our security clients.
What you’ll do:• Understand the needs of business customers and coordinates solutions to meet those needs• Support the sales team in pre-sales, pre-install job design, complex orders, and customer on-site walk throughs• Problem solve pre-install issues, local challenges, etc.• Obtain and maintain customer referrals and testimonials• Serve as liaison for assigned customers in escalating and resolving trouble tickets during implementation• Work with Sales Engineers and/or Service Delivery Reps to determine appropriate solutions for customersQualifications:Required:• 2+ years outside sales, account management, or sales support experience required• Ability to train individuals and groups• Consultative selling experience required• Strong technical aptitude, including Windows based applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)• Ability to provide solutions to customer needs and challenges• Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel to customer locations within the system
Preferred:• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience• 1+ years in commercial security industry is preferred• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
