The CBSS Coordinator will generally mirror the technical coordination duties and role of the IPC Coordinator, yet with a dedicated focus on CBSS products, services and channel support for the market. The CBSS Coordinator will support the CBSS sales team in pre-sales, pre-install job design, complex orders, job scope site visits and be the key point of contact for the CBSS Order Management COE to coordinate installations and problem solve local needs.   The ultimate goal of the role is to unburden the CBSS Sales Rep by shepherding contracted sales to install with the best possible customer experience and the most expeditious order to cash interval.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS • Offload/handle technical administration tasks from the CBSS sales teams• Initiate, plan, execute and control project efforts• Review simple design packets, translate into Visio design job packet• Increased support on complex video and detection systems design and pre-install prep• Assist with obtaining relative information moving contracted orders forward re: Optix projects, contracts, LOAs• Execute customer on-site walk throughs as needed• Single point of contact for CBSS Order Management COE to problem solve pre-install issues, local challenges, etc.• Market level air traffic controller to liaison the COE in installation needs and pre-install support• Assists with CIRs, connectivity, and other complex design needs• On a limited basis, create, prepare and extract reports • Obtains and maintains customer referrals and testimonials• Works with Service Delivery Rep to complete sales orders• Serves as liaison for assigned customers in escalating and resolving trouble tickets during implementation• Ensures customer satisfaction through sales and installation cycles• Works with Sales Engineers and/or Service Delivery Reps to determine appropriate solutions for complex customers• Complementing CB Security Solutions Sales efforts, understands the needs of business customers and coordinates solutions to meet those needs• Within scope of the role, updates Optix with all required customer information in a timely fashion• Makes follow-up calls to customers to inform them of customer referral program• Conduct post-install follow up and referrals• Work with NSC on post-install needs
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience• 2+ years outside sales, account management, or sales support experience required• 1+ years in commercial security industry is preferred• Consultative selling experience• Ability to train individuals and groups• Strong technical aptitude, including Windows based applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)• Collaborative skills toward attainment of regional and corporate goals• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills• Ability to provide solutions to customer needs and challenges• Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel to customer locations within the system
