  • Finding reviews from specific outlets and critics to be added to relevant films and television shows.
  • Analyzing and summarizing reviews from professional film and TV critics
  • Using an internal CMS to add links to Rotten Tomatoes
  • Assist in maintaining a database of active critics
  • Learn and monitor publishing schedules and habits of external critics and outlets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelance writers and third party content vendors
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Editorial team to make programming decisions


  • • BA/BS degree in Mass Communications or Film Studies (or currently studying)
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Experience with content management systems
    • Good time management skills
    • Strong oral, writing, and presentation skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Proven ability to work well and be flexible in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with different web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

    • Interest in film criticism
    • Possess a passion for and expertise in movies, fashion, and pop culture, both contemporary and classic
    • Thorough understanding of the film and TV industries
    • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
