The selected Product Manager will be responsible for the monetization of the behavioral audience data collected across both Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book by developing unique advertising solutions for our agency partners.
The candidate will have deep knowledge of automotive and digital marketing trends, prior experience contributing to and managing a product roadmap, and working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams. We are seeking hard working, intelligent problem solvers that have a strong natural curiosity for answering our client’s questions and meeting their needs. The role is responsible for overall product success as measured by consumer satisfaction, loyalty, revenue growth, adoption and product performance. Travel as needed to spend time with clients and Cox Automotive business units to develop a keen understanding of market needs and cross business unit opportunities.     Key Responsibilities:
•  Develop and manage the Audience and Data Advertising Product            roadmap by working with stakeholders to identify and deliver product features which drive revenue and customer adoption at scale•  Manage and execute on the product strategy, perform customer discovery and validate market needs•  Define, communicate and prioritize business needs with leadership and supporting technology teams to create a shared vision for product functionality •  Develop detailed customer-facing documentation that helps communicate product value •  Monitor and report on the product and feature performance in order to make valuable improvements •  Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations on the development of product positioning •  Develop and deliver informational presentations and demos; participate on targeted sales calls; facilitate and coordinate the delivery of information supporting the product •  Introduce audience and data advertising products to the sales force trough informal and in-field training •  Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual new business, revenue growth and adoption goals •  Assist in developing new ideas based on industry data or needs in the market•  Stay current with ever-changing digital advertising tools, strategies and platforms •  Maintain professional internal and external relationships that foster company core values Qualifications:•  Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing or a related field is required5+ years’ experience in product management or equivalent exposure to software/technology products•  Successful product management or evangelist experience within the auto, software or technology solutions industries •  Professional work experience in the digital advertising/marketing field and knowledge of advertising platforms required •  Experience working with digital marketing technology stacks, specifically Adobe Marketing Cloud•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills•  Motivated and self-directed to deliver high quality results•  Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills •  Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team, opinions and ideas•  Customer service minded
