The Multi-Platform Media Planning Scheduler will be responsible for maximizing audience effectiveness for Telemundo’s and Universo’s campaigns across owned and operated platforms. In addition, the scheduler will support the team in the execution of daily activities in the development of longer term strategies for the networks.
  • 60%- Ensure scheduling strategies are accurately implemented and overall networks’ visions are achieved.
    • Use of audience Optimizer to maximize audience targeting and conversion
    • Responsible for the construction and delivery of complete, targeted, accurate, and timely logs across all platforms
    • Attend weekly On-Air meetings where priorities and strategies are discussed
  • 20%- Manage Multi-Platform campaigns across the NBCUTE portfolio
    • T.com , Live Streaming , Maintain promotional inventory list that is used for VOD & Streaming feeds
  • 10%- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing & Sales Ops to ensure proper flow of communication between departments
  • 10%- Post evaluate campaign results against audience performance goals
    • Guarantee timely and effective resolution of daily and or weekly issues


  • • Knowledge of systems: Sintec On-Air & Grip-it! or TIVO
    • Experience with promotional software
    • Experience with multi-platform audience metrics
    • Knowledge of media terms
    • 2-3 years of experience in Media Planning or Operations
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related program
