Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team!

This will be onsite, 40 hours per week.

What you will be doing:
- 70% - Social and Digital Media
- Manages Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, blog and other social media platforms
- Serves as lead content developer; produces engaging copy and images; monitors, responds and contributes to online discussions; develops effective social media strategies and campaigns to increase reach
- Serves as a social media administrator by managing user accounts and passwords, updates and upgrades, video uploads and libraries; Analyzes and generates user reports and troubleshoots technical problems
- Initiates and maintains contacts throughout organization to gather information, story leads and materials for social media posts, print features and web publications; monitors and archives media coverage
- Manages and schedules content for Marquis and Axis systems
- 30% - Marketing Communications Writer
- Writes and edits copy for collateral and other multi-media communications; helps photograph events and subjects
- Creates written communication material, ensuring accuracy, consistent voice and tone, brand integrity, and adherence to communication strategies
- Coordinates editorial calendars

What you need to know:
- 3+ years of experience
- Comfortable working on multimedia design when needed via social
- Experience working in a fast-paced, content & creative team orientated atmosphere and meeting deadlines
- Experience with social media trends, best practices, and social media tools
- Experience building online interaction among members of a large-scale community
- Experience in developing engagement plans & strategies in collaboration with partner teams
- Experience with public and media relations, crisis communication, branding and the ability to apply that knowledge within a collaborative team
- Experience communicating, writing, editing, message development and changing writing style
- Experience with hands-on creating content for a variety of channels including print, online, email, social media, broadcast media and in-person presentations
