Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Script Assistant to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assembling, copying and distributing schedules, rundowns and scripts for the show
  • Copy and Distribute all show related paperwork to proper departments
  • Track script, schedule and rundown changes with writers and production departments, as directed by Script Supervisor
  • Support and assist Post Department deliverables


  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Television Production preferably in the script department
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
